Who we are
Clamour is an independent press, influence and events agency based in London. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you write to us through the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number if you share it, your company and your message. When you join the newsletter we receive your email address. We don’t ask for anything we don’t need.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one and to send the newsletter you signed up for. We never sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Legal basis
We process enquiry details because you asked us to get back to you, and newsletter details because you gave your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
Who else sees it
Our website host and email provider process data on our behalf to make the site and newsletter work. They are bound by contracts that only allow them to use it for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can follow up on projects. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. After that we delete them.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are read. If we add tools that set non-essential cookies, we will ask for your permission first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@clamour.studio and we will reply within thirty days. You can also contact your local data protection authority.
