Who these terms cover
These terms apply to anyone using the Clamour website. The site is run by Clamour Ltd, 14 Rivington Street, London EC2A 3DU. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Using this website
You can browse, share and link to any page. Please don’t copy large parts of the site, try to break or overload it, or use it to send anything unlawful or misleading.
Our work and images
The words, case studies, photography and design on this site belong to Clamour or to the clients and photographers who let us show them. You can quote short extracts with a credit and a link. Anything more needs our written permission.
Proposals and projects
Information on this site is general and doesn’t form an offer. When we work together, a separate agreement sets out the scope, fees and timings, and that agreement takes priority over anything written here.
Links to other sites
We link to press coverage, partners and social channels. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Our responsibility
We keep the site accurate and running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We aren’t liable for losses caused by using it, except where the law doesn’t allow us to limit that.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions go to hello@clamour.studio.
